BuenasPH accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. BuenasPH does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve ( 12) consecutive months shall be deemed dormant. BuenasPH reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.

BuenasPH's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your buenasph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude buenasph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
BuenasPH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon suspension or termination for cause, BuenasPH may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, buenasph reserves the right to forfeit all or part of your account balance.
You may close your buenasph account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no investigation is pending.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this section shall prevent buenasph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
